Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker has helped to transform herself for a new film role by utilising
coloured contact lenses.
The 46-year-old star was seen sporting dark
contact lenses on the set of the new film Lovelace, in which she portrays the iconic feminist Gloria Steinem.
As well as coloured contacts, SJP wears a long blonde wig for the role, with her vintage look in that particular scene involving teaming a nude colour long cardigan that paired with a matching obi belt.
Steinem founded Ms Magazine and published the infamous article The Real Linda Lovelace, in which she revealed her relationship with her husband Chuck Traynor, with Parker starring opposite Amanda Seyfried, who plays the titular character.
SJP is not the first person to utilise coloured contact lenses in order to transform herself for a film role, as Jackie Earle Haley recently revealed that he had to undergo hours of make-up and wear special contacts to portray the villain Freddy Kruger in the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street.
