4 years and still healthy

I`ve been wearing these lenses for 4 years without a problem. There much more comfortable then my previous ones and I can sleep in them comfortably for a few nights in a row, which is great for nights out and for short trips away from home,

I decided to switch to contacts as my toddler had broken 2 pairs of my glasses, and was costantly grabbing them off. I went round all the highstreet opticians to find the cheapest deals, then had a trial with the ones you have to take out each night and clean, I was told I couldnt use continuous ones straigt away. They were such a hassle, not being able to see in the morning, and having a toddler pulling at my legs etc while trying to put them in, they hurt each time, felt gritty for ages each day. Went back to the opticians who were very unhelpful, so I started to look online, and found this site.

I have been using these for over 6 months continuously and havnt had any problems. I didnt realise people experienced problems overnight. In the morning they occasionaly feel tiny bit gritty/blurry but that lasts for about a minute or 2 max. Much easier to put up with than taking them out and putting them back in, I usully forget I am wearing them to be honest.

When I put a new pair in, the grittiness lasts a bit longer, up to about ten mintes, but then disapears, this is nothing once a month, (Ive actually left them in a bit longer than a month and they have been fine)

I will be sticking with these.

NOT THE BEST LENSES

If you are looking for lenses suitable for a full months continuous wear do not buy these. They feel comfortable for a few days then your eyes will start itching and get sore quickly. I think they are much better used as standard monthly disposable lenses that you take out and soak in solution each night (this is how I ended up using these when I bought them to try out).
