I just received some disposable contacts at Americas contacts and Eyeglasses. They are 2 week lenses. The brand is Sofmed 55. Any tips on the disposables? There are no instructions, and I would like advice from the experienced. Thanks for your help!

You do not say if you have worn lenses before, and if you have - have you worn this make of lens before?

It is advisable before wearing any lens to have a consultation with an Optometrist to assess your suitability for lens wear, to ascertain which lens will be best for you and have a trial fitting, and be told about wearing times, solutions, hygiene etc, so that you can wear the lenses safely.
