Air Optix Aqua is being discontinued by the manufacturer. If your powers show on the drop down list, then we still have your power in stock and you can order. The direct alternative replacement is Air Optix Plus Hydraglyde
Air Optix Aqua contact lenses are a high quality silicone hydrogel lens, designed for all day comfort. AirOptix Aqua introduces the Aqua moisture system so your lenses remain comfortable all day.
Air Optix Aqua triple system:
A unique moisture agent binds with the surface of the contact lens to create a silky smooth layer that helps the eyelid to glide over the lens for comfort on contact.
Lens dehydration is minimised by incorporating a patented agent into the lens.
Airoptix has a ultra smooth surface with superior wettability and excellent deposit resistance.
Each box contains 3 monthly disposable soft contacts in buffered saline solution. Lenses incorporate a light blue visibility tint for easier handling.
Have you bought any contact lens solutions for your lenses?
I found these contact lenses not good for my eyes and constantly found things close up slightly out of focus but far away things were ok. They also made my eyes feel tired, dry and sore and I was always rubbing them.
Most reviews I read suggested they were ok for other people but I'm sending mine back.
I used this type of contacts for over 5 years now (before they were on UK market) and every time I try something new, I come back to these!
I used to have problems with feeling the thickness of contacts, protein deposition, red/dry/itchy eyes. But I never had any problems with these ones in all the time I used them.
I often nap/sleep in them and in the worst case (long sleep in the airplane/air conditioned room) I would have to put eye drops/solution into my eyes. But I always wake up with eyes being a little dry, no matter with or without contacts.
Also I found that best solution to have them in is peroxide one.
I would always recommend them to anyone:)
