Independentopticians "more trusted"

A recent survey has found that independent opticians are more trusted with people"s eyecare than big chains.
Research published by Which? found that the general public is more likely to consider these professionals safe when getting their eyes tested or buying new glasses or contact lenses.
Richard Pakey, an independent optician, welcomed the announcement and claimed that it shows independent providers offer a high standard of eye healthcare.
He explained: "That"s not a big surprise. When you use an independent optician, you are highly likely to be dealing with a business that is being run by the owner."
Mr Pakey said that these organisations often have a higher level of pride in the work they do and take personal responsibility for the quality of the service they provide.
this comes after, Cleveland Clinic"s Dr Rishi Singh advised ABC Local that eye tests for children are a great idea before their return to school.
