Lady GaGa dresses for partially sighted Grandma

Everybody gets older, so it is a fact of life that many people"s sight does not stay as strong as it used to be.

Wearing contact lenses and glasses are among the ways in which people can improve their vision - or, if you are a pop star"s grandmother, you could ask your grandchildren to dress a little more flamboyantly.

Lady GaGa, for example, has revealed that her iconic dress sense has helped her nearly blind grandmother see her when she is on TV.

The singer - who has topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic - said: "She can make out the lighter parts, like my skin and hair. She says, "I can see you because you have no pants on". So I"ll continue […] so that my grandma can see me."

However, the star"s attitude to dress is not solely geared towards her grandma - she told the Guardian that she used to cook for her boyfriend wearing stilettos and underwear.
