Sienna Miller has told of how dramatically her appearance was altered when she wore coloured contact lenses for a new film.
In an interview with Total Film magazine, picked up by the Coventry Telegraph, she spoke of how she was costumed for her role as villainess the Baroness in the forthcoming film GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra.
Describing her fitted suit, she added: "I"ve got green contact lenses too, I don"t recognise myself".
Ms Miller added that carrying her large gun had helped her to get into character.
She also spoke of her feelings at becoming the first film incarnation of the character and how she had not originally known that GI Joe is an action figure franchise.
Directed by Stephen Sommers, the film will be released in August and was written by Stuart Beattie and David Elliot.
As well as Sienna Miller, it stars Dennis Quaid as General Hawk, Channing Tatum as Duke and Rachel Nichols as Shana "Scarlett" O"Hara, according to the Internet Movie Database.
