A 3D tribute to the late King of Pop will be the focal point of this year"s Grammy awards, according to reports.

The Hollywood Reporter states that the 3D clip, which was made by Michael Jackson to be shown at his 2009 comeback concerts, will be shown during the ceremony, alongside performances from Carrie Underwood, Smokey Robinson, Usher and Celine Dion.

Viewers in the US will be able to get 3D glasses from Target stores so they can enjoy the full 3D experience on January 31st.
The clip will feature Jackson"s Earth Song and will show a young girl walking through a forest which is then destroyed. It can also be watched in 2D.

Reports suggest that people will also be purchasing 3D specs ahead of the release of Ghostbusters 3.

According to Marketsaw, the third film in the series will feature "the added benefit of stereoscopic 3D".
