What is Contact lenses loyalty Program?
Our Contact lens loyalty program is our way of rewarding all of our customers by giving something back with every purchase. We have effortlessly integrated a new program that will reward you for your loyalty with as little effort as possible.
How do I sign up?
You are already signed up! By creating an account with us you are automatically signed up for our loyalty program, this allows you to quickly and easily earn and redeem points at checkout, as well as take part in a range of additional offers and special dates to earn extra points throughout the year.
How do I earn points?
The easiest way to earn points is to make a purchase with us online at Contactlenses.co.uk this will immediately reward you with points that you can redeem in the future. We will also run a range of different options for you to earn extra points including:
- Birthday Points: if you enter your Date of birth we will reward you with extra free points that month
- Long term customer rewards
- Promotional extra points weekends
- Leaving reviews
- Our website anniversary
So you will be earning points and redeeming rewards in no time.
What are my points worth?
Our loyalty program rewards you with 10 points for every £1 spent. So spend £35.00 and receive 350 points. Every time you order you can see your points grow. You can also add extra points during promotions and special events, which will help you to build up your rewards faster.
Where can I view my progress?
Log in to ‘Your Account’ and hover over "Your Account" on the top right of the page then click on "Overview" you will now be able to see your collected point under "My Loyalty Program" on the left of the page. We also let you know which reward tiers you qualify for, and how many points you need to reach the next reward tier. You can also see this information on the checkout page.
How do I spend my points?
You can spend your points during the checkout process. When you checkout we will invite you to redeem your points for money off your order. As you save more points the more value to redeem.
What can I get with the points I have earned?
Our focus is on saving you money on your purchases. You can use your points for money off any item you purchase from us.
Why can’t I apply for my discount? I have enough points!
The way our system works is - The points you have saved make you eligible for certain reward tiers, which may be a monetary value off of your order, free additional items, or add-ons. You must have a basket value that exceeds the value of the points you wish to redeem. This prevents a point deficit where the excess value fails to be passed on to you. To help prevent we have created multiple rewards tiers of incremental value which can be easily redeemed.
Something went wrong! Can I get my points back?
Sorry to hear that! The easiest thing to do is to try logging out and then back into your account, this will often fix the problem of points that may be ‘stuck.’ in the basket area. If this doesn't work then please contact us and someone will be able to help you.
I used my discount, why do I still have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is calculated and adjusted separately from the total value of your order depending on several factors. Because of this, we are unable to discount the shipping price of the order.
